Medway is Kent's largest urban area — a collection of five distinct towns along the River Medway, each with its own character and its own housing stock. Rochester has some of the most beautiful period property in Kent — Georgian and Victorian houses on the High Street and in the streets surrounding the Cathedral. Chatham has a significant amount of Victorian terrace housing, much of it built to house the workers of the Royal Naval Dockyard. Gillingham and Strood are more mixed — a combination of interwar semis, post-war estates and newer developments. Rainham is largely residential with a wide range of property types from bungalows to larger family homes.

This variety means the renovation work we carry out across Medway is genuinely varied. In Rochester we're often working on period properties that require sensitivity to existing features — original cornicing, sash windows, solid brick walls. In Chatham and Gillingham it's frequently bathroom and kitchen refurbishments in the Victorian terraces, or driveway and fencing work for the semis. In Rainham and Hempstead it tends to be larger exterior projects — landscaping, garden rooms, decking — for the bigger detached properties.

We're well established in the Medway area and carry jobs there throughout the year. The route from Bexleyheath is straightforward — across the Dartford Bridge and down the A2 — which means we're not adding significant travel time to your job and we can respond quickly when we're needed.
